EVOL: Climate colonialism, windfall tax II, and unrest at Reabold

It’s that time of the year again as government pack their passports and get ready to head to Egypt for COP27. Much likes Glasgow, a key focus is getting countries off coal, but its sparked accusations of climate colonialism.
